Henry William Banks Davis RA (1833-1914)
London landscape and animal painter, and occasional sculptor. His subjects were mostly landscapes with animals in Wales, Scotland and Northern France. In the 1850s and early 60s he was much influenced by the Pre-Raphaelites.
Exhibited over 100 works at RA between 1852 and 1904.
